What we do

We operate this website to provide information about water heater repair, replacement, and installation in Charlotte, NC and the surrounding metro, and to connect homeowners with a licensed, insured independent NC plumber. We are not a plumbing contractor, and we do not perform plumbing work. The plumber diagnoses, repairs, replaces, and installs; we take the call, provide a price range, and arrange the visit.

Pricing and estimates

• Prices shown on the site are general ranges for guidance only. They are not a quote, an offer, or a contract, and they can change.
• The exact price for your job is confirmed by the plumber, in writing, after seeing the unit and before any work begins.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown before applicable North Carolina sales tax, which varies by county.

The work is between you and the plumber
